Do I need to add anything like lemon or honey?
You may add the optional TeaMate: lemon ginger cane sugar. Add TeaMate to the cart to have all your favorites dried and ready for use.

Can I drink this while on medications?
While there are no chemicals used in our products you could be allergic to one of the natural ingredients. If you are concerned check with your Physician.

Are these teas good for children?
Children drink tea as well. They may have smaller amounts or more diluted tea. An adult dosage is 1-2 teas per day. A baby is 1 tea diluted over the week ( 1 cup of tea is 16 tablespoons-The child could have up to 1-2 tbs of tea added to their milk per day) No honey for babies under 2 years of age.
Just make the tea as directed in brew then know that that’s enough for the baby that whole week. store in the fridge for up to 1 week before tossing.
