Hibiscus Blends
You’re love for hibiscus just elevated! Try them all or focus on a blend that best suits your needs described below.
Temperature/Brew: Place tea bag in 1 cup of water (use microwave safe mug or bring to a boil on top of stove then turn off stove. Microwave for 2 minutes then remove and allow to cool.)
Tip: You should use a spoon to press extra nutrients from tea bag after brewing. Always keep ADD the bag to water while it its heating up! STEAPING DOES NOT WORK. If you want to enjoy your brew, cold make it as directed, then cool with ice or refrigeration.
Additives: You should taste the teas as is. Then decide if added sweetener, lemon or milk is best for your enjoyment. Some blends already have citrus or sweetener (honey, turbinando sugar that’s unbleached with NO bone char, or licorice a safe alternative for sugar sensitives)
Blends 1-5: Benefactors
Hibiscus, Cinnamon Stick, Ginger, Clove, Turmeric: A warm, aromatic herbal blend with a rich mix of antioxidants, anti-inflammatory compounds, and digestive support. Add black pepper for better absorption. (during meal)
Hibiscus, Cardamom, Licorice, Fig Leaf: A flavorful blend towards digestive health. This is perfect for lowering blood pressure. It does not have sugar but still tastes sweet due to licorice and fig leaf. (after any meal to aid digestion)
Hibiscus, Spearmint, Linden: A calming refreshing blend perfect served cold. Also relieves fluid retention. (after diner, evening due to linden being relaxing)
Hibiscus, Eucalyptus, Angelica Root, Balloon Flower, Hovenia Dulces Fruits, Moringa: This is a robust powerhouse blend that helps the whole body at once! It’s good for the liver, kidneys, bones, immune system, gynecological issues, hormonal balance, lung and heart health.
Hibiscus, Clove, Cinnamon Stick: Good for stress, hormonal balance, overall health, digestive system, anti- inflammatory, and oral health. This is a great everyday blend served hot or cold. This is caffeine free and creates a happy calm for the day or night.
